Jamie Tozzi is a professional coach and speaker passionate about helping high-potential leaders and executives develop the transformational leadership and communications skills critical to achieving results in today’s complex business climate. Jamie is a former technology executive with a 24-year track record of delivering exceptional results. During her 20- year tenure at Microsoft Corporation, Jamie was known as a Transformation and Growth Leader, helping grow the Dynamics business from $100M to over $1B, and leading a $1B sales organization to breakthrough performance as an award-winning member of Microsoft’s North American Executive Leadership Team. Jamie is a multi-disciplinary leader having held senior positions in sales, marketing, and partner channel fields. Jamie is passionate about focusing on the success of people – team members, customers, and partners—as the secret weapon in generating results. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jamie held positions in both Audit and Business Applications Consulting practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jamie coaches high-tech sector professionals spanning Fortune 100, mid-stage, and startup companies. She also advises C-suite executives across the social, private, and public sectors.
Jamie is a current board member of two growth technology companies, Gladly and Enavate, as well as large construction firm Trident Construction. She is the host of the podcast “Executive Access” designed to provide insider insights from other executives to help motivated professionals on their growth journeys. Jamie graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Boston College where she pursued studies in both marketing and communications. She also participated in numerous industry Leadership Development and professional coaching certification programs.

Patrick Wood

Patrick Wood is a proven Sales & People Leader with extensive experience in building, rebuilding, and managing high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve results. With a strong background in leadership and coaching, Patrick has demonstrated his ability to attract and retain top talent, drive results, and navigate complex negotiations. His business acumen is reflected in his previous roles as an officer of two publicly traded firms, where he managed P&L and understood the importance of C-suite priorities.
Patrick's career includes a significant tenure at Microsoft, where he held various leadership positions. He served as the Managing Director of Intelligent Cloud SMC for the South/Southeast/Mid-Atlantic regions, where he turned around underperforming territories and achieved significant sales growth. Additionally, Patrick was the US Lead for Dynamics 365 in Financial Services and the US Lead for Dynamics Operations (ERP). Throughout his 16-year career at Microsoft, he played pivotal roles in helping organizations digitally transform and achieve their strategic goals through the use of Dynamics and the overall Microsoft solution portfolio.
Patrick last served as Head of Sales for Enterprise Business at Google Cloud in the Southeast, where he helped build a new Enterprise selling organization. Currently, Patrick serves as an advisor, coach, and mentor, leveraging his vast experience to guide and support others in their professional journeys.
Notable achievements include receiving the Microsoft Chairman’s Award, multiple Platinum Club Awards, and being named Manager of the Year twice. His expertise in sales and sales coaching is further enhanced by his training in Challenger Selling, The Coaching Habit, Holden, and other renowned sales methodologies.
